So... Rei. You wanted to know if I asked someone out, didn't you?

[There was a soft giggle.]

(OOC: I'll be slower to reply here until Minako actually answers Vira-Lorr for, ya know, obvious reasons)

[Rei perked right up in hearing that. Oh boy!]

You did? That's exciting.

[She smiled, and got herself settled.]

How did it go?

She said yes! [Vira-Lorr was still beaming a little bit. What? A cute blonde girl said yes to a date, so that was always worth at least a smile.] We're taking it a step at a time. I can move too fast if I'm not careful and I don't want to overwhelm her.

[Though Minako had her own pace to such things, and Vira-Lorr was probably going to find that out soon enough.]

[It's cute and just plain nice to see Vira happy like this. Rei can feel herself relaxing and smiling in the face of Vira's joy.]

Good! That's good. Wonderful.

So does that mean you're planning your first date?

[onerthes]

Not quiiiiiite yet. But very soon. We're doing this as a "If we get out of this alive" sort of thing, so first we have to get out alive don't we?

...

Considering the state of the town, I'm thinking of a picnic.

[shuttersense]

A picnic...that does sound good. And cute.

Too bad it's not really flower viewing season. It would have made this more romantic.

[onerthes]

That was my thought. It's actually quite romantic, even if it happens to be one of the only things we can do.

Ngh... I would love a flower viewing season. I really would. Something to feel like there was still life to this world. Ah well. One day.

[shuttersense]

Even if it is, it's still for both of you.

[Red hummed for a few moments. Then:]

I could make you paper flowers for a gift. Or try to teach you.

If you want.

[onerthes]

Exactly. Just a time for the two of us, which is part of what makes it romantic for us. Buuuut, the flower folding idea sounds wonderful and I might just take you up on that. Any sort of little techniques to make things special.

[She was also letting her ghost candle attend, because it was cute.]

[Ghost candle sounded adorable.]

And I'm sure she'd be happy to have them. Let me know when you want to make them.
